Bethany Whitley is a magnetic force, seamlessly blending resilience, creativity, and an

unwavering commitment to driving change. From a tender age, Bethany immersed herself in the world of dance at the esteemed Debbie Allen Dance Academy. Under the  tutelage of the legendary Debbie Allen, she not only perfected her craft but also captivated audiences on global stages, laying the groundwork for her extraordinary career trajectory.

Bethany’s journey from the Debbie Allen Dance Academy to earning a B.F.A in Acting and an M.S in TV, Radio, & Film from the prestigious Syracuse University—reflects her unwavering dedication to mastery and growth. Her multifaceted experiences, encompassing her role as Captain of the Syracuse University Dance team and her contributions to shaping casting decisions in Los Angeles, vividly showcase her remarkable versatility and adaptability. During her tenure at the talent management company Digital Brand Architects, Bethany served as a catalyst for emerging talent, meticulously identifying and nurturing voices in new media. Her innate gift for storytelling took center stage when she assumed the role of ghostwriter for the autobiography "DEEP," crafting a narrative that resonated deeply with readers, showcasing her ability to foster vulnerability and authenticity.

In the face of adversity, Bethany's entrepreneurial spirit burned brighter than ever. Amid the trials of the COVID-19 pandemic, she fearlessly co-founded Sister Blooms, a black-owned floral and event company, alongside her sister. Through sheer resilience and ingenuity, the company quickly ascended to prominence, forging partnerships with globally recognized brands, agencies, and celebrities in Los Angeles. In every endeavor, Bethany emanates passion and determination, leaving an indelible mark on all she touches.
